Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
1. Definitions
"Program" means the Thai Dating Online – Meet Thai Singles for Love and Relationships Affiliate Program. "Affiliate" means an approved individual or entity participating in the Program. "Commission" means compensation earned by an Affiliate for a qualified referral. "Referral Link" means the unique URL assigned to each Affiliate.
2. Application & Approval
Applications are open to anyone — a Thai Dating Online – Meet Thai Singles for Love and Relationships account is not required. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion. Approval is typically processed within 24-48 hours.
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to participate in the Program.
3. Commission Rates & Tiers
Commissions are calculated on the net purchase amount of referred members (excluding taxes and fees). Rates increase automatically when referral milestones are reached.

Commissions are approved after the referred member's payment clears and the 14-day refund window has passed. We reserve the right to change commission rates with 30 days' notice.
4. Payouts
- Minimum payout threshold: $20 USD
- Payout methods: PayPal, Bank Transfer, PromptPay, Crypto (USDT)
- Processing within 3-5 business days after payout request is approved
- Affiliates are solely responsible for all taxes on commission income
- Transfer/transaction fees may be deducted from payout amounts
5. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates must NOT do any of the following:
- Spam via email, SMS, or unsolicited messages
- Run PPC ads on our brand name or domain without written permission
- Represent yourself as an employee or official representative of Thai Dating Online – Meet Thai Singles for Love and Relationships
- Create fake accounts or fictitious transactions to generate commissions
- Promote on adult content, illegal, or objectionable websites
- Use our images, logo, or content without prior written approval
- Make false or misleading claims about the platform
- Self-referral or referring immediate family members for commission
6. Links & Banners
Affiliates must only use referral links and banners provided through the Affiliate dashboard. Modification of banners or tracking links without permission is prohibited.
We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove banners and marketing materials at any time.
7. Cookie Duration
Referral cookies last 30 days from the initial click. If a referred user signs up and purchases within 30 days of clicking your link, you earn the commission.
8. Intellectual Property
Thai Dating Online – Meet Thai Singles for Love and Relationships grants Affiliates a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our brand name, logo, and provided marketing materials solely for promotional purposes within the Program.
9. Termination & Suspension
Either party may terminate participation with 7 days' written notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any Affiliate account immediately upon breach of these terms.
Upon termination, approved commissions exceeding the minimum threshold will still be paid out. Pending commissions will be forfeited.
10. Limitation of Liability
Thai Dating Online – Meet Thai Singles for Love and Relationships is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program. Our maximum liability shall not exceed commissions paid to the Affiliate in the preceding 3 months.
11. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email 30 days in advance. Continued participation after notice constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Thailand.
